£3 million resurfacing schemes near Doncaster

Contractors for Highways England will be resurfacing 8 miles of the northbound carriageway on the A1(M) between Blyth and Tickhill and another 8 miles on the northbound A1 between Barnsdale and Darrington – the equivalent of the area covered by 26 football pitches.

CMA confirms Bristol Water prices set to fall

The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) referred an appeal fromBristol Water plc (Bristol Water) to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in March, following Bristol Water’s decision to reject the regulator’s final determination on price controls for the period 2015 to 2020.

£1.67 million awarded to planetary exploration projects
